The Sea, the Sea - Iris Murdoch, 1978.
A stormy day yesterday. I went to the coast to experience the wind. What a great weather to shoot images! I was covered with sand afterwards and so was my camera but it was great.

No manipulation. 'Effect' comes from the super the super the super, more super Carl Zeiss F2/100MM lens. Shooting wide open (F2) with a FX camera gives these very shallow depth of field and a slight vignetting/halo effect.
